Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Kolsquare and take charge of the data infrastructure that drives Europe’s premier influencer marketing platform.

• You will be instrumental in spearheading the advancement and growth of our SaaS platform.

• Assist in defining and overseeing your squad's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and strategy.

• Lead and execute discovery phases to maximize value delivered to end-users.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape upcoming product features and plan iterative increments.

• Oversee the product development process within your squad, encompassing requirement definition, KPI establishment, user story creation, and feature prioritization.

• Work in tandem with the engineering team to guarantee the prompt and high-quality delivery of product features.

• Communicate product releases effectively, both internally and externally.

• Partner with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to enhance product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on SaaS BtoB products.

• You are self-sufficient, organized, and proactive, demonstrating the capability to prioritize and manage various projects in a dynamic environment.

• You possess strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a knack for leveraging data to inform decisions.

• You are a proponent of agile methodologies.

• You are empathetic and enjoy collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• You have outstanding communication and leadership skills, enabling effective cross-team collaboration.

• You have a passion for digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing.

• You welcome the remote work culture.

• You are fluent in English.
