Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic vision, roadmap, and comprehensive execution of intricate enterprise products.

• Promote data-driven decision-making by identifying and validating customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and thorough market analysis.

• Utilize AI and contemporary product management tools to enhance discovery, streamline workflows, and craft more intelligent product experiences.

• Encourage robust cross-functional collaboration by working closely with teams across sales, customer success, and product marketing.

• Develop a strong sense of customer empathy to understand the needs and desires of our clients.

• Apply a resourceful and creative problem-solving approach to tackle complex technical and business challenges.

• Collaborate with research and design teams to validate assumptions and create appealing product experiences.

• Ensure effective prioritization, backlog management, and focus for engineering teams to maximize customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Product Manager specializing in building SaaS products.

• Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption and retention.

• Experience in delivering marketing technology products or solutions in sectors such as marketing, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services.

• Proficient in developing complex features that involve significant upstream and downstream dependencies.

• Skilled in creating product specifications, writing user stories, and identifying and prioritizing competing initiatives to achieve results.

• Previous experience in scaling and evolving a product successfully.

• Proven ability to build relationships that foster a winning culture within cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

• Excellent communication skills with experience in articulating the strategic and financial value of new investment opportunities to senior leadership.

• Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
