Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and advocate for the product vision within your area, collaborating closely with the Head of Product and working across product, design, engineering, content, and leadership teams.

• Take ownership of the strategic roadmap and OKRs for your product domain, ensuring alignment with company milestones and long-term objectives.

• Lead product strategy in partnership with executive leadership, identifying and framing significant opportunities through user research, product analytics, and competitive insights.

• Discover and promote new product concepts by synthesizing market trends, user research, and competitive landscapes to create ideas that unlock new growth avenues or significantly differentiate SuperSummary's offerings.

• Make informed prioritization decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders, building influence across teams without relying on positional authority.

• Be responsible for delivering measurable returns from product investments, including their impact on acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

• Manage product analytics by defining metrics, writing queries, constructing dashboards, and providing insights that guide team-wide decisions.

• Design and implement rigorous experiments using sound methodologies, clear success criteria, and well-documented outcomes.

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and articulate solutions to customer challenges that are enriching, usable, feasible, and aligned with business goals.

• Translate strategy into detailed requirements by leading Discovery, coordinating with design and engineering, and guiding the project through development, QA, and release phases.

• Proactively identify and assess adjacent market opportunities, presenting structured business cases to leadership that inform roadmap and resource allocation decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Product Management experience at innovative, high-growth companies with a proven record of launching impactful products.

• Strong analytical skills – capable of independently exploring product questions using data.

• Familiarity with statistical concepts and the ability to interpret complex datasets autonomously.

• Practical AI proficiency – demonstrated experience in launching products that integrate AI or ML capabilities, with a solid understanding of their application in a product context.

• Proficiency in agentic coding and AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to prototype, analyze, or automate aspects of your workflow — minimizing reliance on engineering for exploratory tasks.

• Proven ability to function with high autonomy – you can structure ambiguous problems and drive results without the need for close oversight at each stage.

• Strong product intuition and intellectual curiosity – you delve deeply into problems, investigate unexpected outcomes, and consistently seek to understand root causes.

• Familiarity with Continuous Discovery frameworks and structured user research methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate rationale and trade-offs to cross-functional teams with precision and clarity.

• Proven capability to work remotely and cross-functionally, coordinating teams across time zones through asynchronous communication.

• Technical or engineering background — ideally someone who began their career in engineering or data science before transitioning to product management.

• Able to read code, comprehend system architecture, and utilize technical tools independently.

• Experience working on an EdTech, content, or consumer subscription product, with an understanding of subscription-based business models, pricing strategies, and retention optimization.

• Experience with optimizing mobile and web funnels, including onboarding processes, paywall strategies, and conversion tactics.

• Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles and self-service conversion optimization, including activation design, paywall strategies, and in-product engagement techniques that convert users from discovery to paying customers.

• Experience with content or SEO as a primary customer acquisition strategy.
