Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of a crucial product area while collaborating closely with the Head of Product to align strategic vision with effective daily operations.

• Gaining a deep understanding of user requirements through a mix of qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.

• Leading product delivery from the discovery phase to launch, ensuring that initiatives progress smoothly and obstacles are addressed proactively.

• Working alongside Engineering and Commercial teams to convert user, business, and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, balancing new features, experience enhancements, technical limitations, and platform upgrades.

• Actively collaborating across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and commercial teams to align priorities and facilitate delivery.

• Making timely and pragmatic product decisions, weighing user value, technical viability, business priorities, and delivery speed.

• Remaining engaged with implementation details and providing support throughout the delivery lifecycle, not just during the planning phase.

• Defining clear success metrics and utilizing data to assess product performance and guide prioritization.

• Contributing to product strategy and continuous improvement within a dynamic and evolving SaaS landscape.

• Utilizing AI to expedite discovery and delivery, enabling your team to operate efficiently and achieve impactful results promptly.

• Ensuring that teams have well-defined objectives, visibility of priorities, and a clear understanding of how their work aligns with the company's broader goals.

• Proven experience managing intricate web-based SaaS products in fast-paced startup or scale-up settings.

• Exceptional prioritization capabilities, balancing user needs, commercial objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.

• Strong execution and delivery abilities, with a track record of launching impactful products swiftly.

• Comfortable engaging hands-on within delivery-driven product roles, rather than being confined to strategic product leadership positions.

• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work closely with engineering teams; a background in engineering or a product-engineering mindset is highly regarded.

• Proficient at gathering, refining, and articulating clear product requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex or legacy product environments.

• Strong product judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and make practical decisions.

• Experience working collaboratively with engineers and designers in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Proactive and highly collaborative, possessing strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions and prioritization.

• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and lightweight UX concepts when necessary.

• Experience using AI tools and workflows to enhance product discovery, delivery, or team efficiency.

• Understanding of AI fundamentals and principles of responsible AI product development.

• Adaptable, inquisitive, and comfortable transitioning between strategic thinking and detailed execution tasks.

• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies in remote or distributed teams.
