Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead new projects for Seso’s HR Platform, which acts as the employee system of record for employers and enhances workflows related to employee information collection, onboarding, and lifecycle management.

• Take ownership of company-wide business goals.

• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and revenue teams to establish product strategy and roadmap.

• Convert ambiguous or complex concepts into clear, actionable projects.

• Gain a deep understanding of users and amplify their perspectives.

• Integrate qualitative research with quantitative analysis to guide product decisions.

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch.

• Consistently release software that enhances the lives of customers and farmworkers.

• Engage with customers nationwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management.

• A structured problem-solver with a passion for improving the lives of agricultural farmworkers and the sustainability of the agriculture sector.

• Eagerness to independently manage a roadmap.

• Capability to communicate with customers and swiftly establish credibility and trust.

• Proven history of achieving significant business outcomes.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

• Must meet applicable U.S. work authorization requirements; Seso is an E-Verify participant.
