This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain insights into customer workflows, business requirements, challenges, and product specifications by engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning of the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and participating in product planning initiatives.
• Engage in customer discovery sessions, discussions on requirements, product demonstrations, and meetings to gather feedback.
• Evaluate customer requests to uncover fundamental needs and broader product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, implementation, customer success, support, sales, and other teams to facilitate product delivery.
• Convert customer and business specifications into comprehensive product documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other development requirements.
• Take part in backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, testing, and release processes.
• Assist the team in ensuring that the delivered functionalities meet identified customer and business objectives.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Clearly and professionally communicate product requirements, priorities, decisions, and updates on status.
• Aid in managing expectations regarding product capabilities, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management.
• Proficient in working within Agile development environments across distributed teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
• Highly inquisitive and analytical, with a strong capability to translate user and business needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience with established or legacy software products.
• Knowledge of product management and development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, or software development concepts.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, along with their potential applications in enterprise products.
