Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the multi-year product roadmap for Australia.

• Conduct in-depth customer research with Australian contractors.

• Convert insights into actionable requirements.

• Collaborate with core product teams based in the US.

• Define and implement Australia-specific features in partnership with engineering and design teams.

• Work alongside the Australian Go-To-Market team, including Sales, Implementation, and Success.

• Establish and monitor region-specific metrics such as product adoption, localized feature parity, and churn rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management within the B2B SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated success in launching products in new geographic markets or overseeing intricate localization/internationalization initiatives.

• Strong familiarity with complex integrations, including accounting ecosystems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and API-intensive telecom workflows.

• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and limited resources.

• Skilled at translating complex regional requirements into a compelling rationale for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Data-driven approach to prioritization.

• Flexibility to work an adjusted schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST).
