Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Minimize Operational Complexity: Provide team members with streamlined, dependable workflows to enhance team capacity that can be redirected towards growth initiatives.

• Manage Onboarding, Activation & Enrollment: Create efficient, effective, and trustworthy workflows for onboarding, activating, and enrolling customers in Second Nature's offerings.

• Empower All Domains, Not Just Your Own: Ensure the platform's stability, maturity, and user experience foundation allows other product areas to develop and refine their workflows independently, without Command Center serving as a bottleneck.

• Propel Digital Transformation: Transition the business from outdated, manual-heavy processes to a technology-driven operational model at scale.

• Redefine Our Building Practices: Integrate modern Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) methodologies and AI-assisted development into the Command Center's delivery process, enabling the team to achieve greater impact more swiftly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, or internal platform/tools environments.

• Experience in developing or owning internal workflow, onboarding, or operations platforms utilized by multiple internal teams.

• You gauge your success based on the value created, rather than features delivered. You can articulate operational tasks in business terms (OpEx, NR, cycle time) and bring visibility to previously hidden work.

• A genuine passion for how AI is transforming the product development lifecycle, with practical experience or insights on its application to enhance speed and quality.

• Comfortable and motivated when dealing with data-rich challenges - capable of analyzing usage and operational data independently, rather than merely relying on pre-built dashboards.

• Proven history of collaboration with go-to-market and operations teams (Sales, RevOps, CSM, Support), not solely engineering.

• Willing to serve as a platform steward - empowering other teams to build effectively, rather than doing all the building yourself.

• A decisive, "First Principles" thinker who can transform ambiguity into a coherent roadmap and proactively remove obstacles for teams.

• Exceptional cross-functional communicator, able to swiftly align stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams.
