This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Oversee the patient experience at Rula, concentrating on simplifying the process for individuals to find, initiate, and maintain engagement with top-quality mental health services.
• Analyze data to identify patient challenges and work collaboratively with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to determine factors that enhance engagement and improve outcomes.
• Lead a specialized engineering team to design, implement, and assess enhancements that significantly impact patients' lives.
• Directly influence thousands of individuals by facilitating access to essential care and ensuring they remain engaged long enough to achieve meaningful recovery.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing or marketplace products.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging data and user insights to drive quantifiable enhancements in user experience and engagement.
• Proficient in conducting A/B tests and applying common statistical methods to analyze outcomes.
• Exceptional communication abilities: capable of clearly conveying strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to various stakeholders.
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace, with a solid grasp of how to balance and optimize supply and demand dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
