Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of demand signals and unit economics.

• Implement standard integrations with quick, fixed-fee deployments.

• Develop and productize new connectors through custom integrations.

• Manage custom applications and agents to execute the engagement model and deliver outputs.

• Transform the playbook into a productized managed service.

• Facilitate connections across various functions.

• Provide insights to platform and feature teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in AI and agents.

• Required expertise in Cursor and/or Claude Code.

• Extensive experience at a senior level as a Product Manager.

• Proven track record as a 0→1 builder.

• A mindset that merges product and business perspectives.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in customer-facing roles.

• Technical proficiency is essential.

• Strong sensibilities regarding user experience (UX).

• Excellent judgment in making both strategic and tactical decisions.

• Language requirement: Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Domain experience (preferred): familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms.
