Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and results for a product area in Brokerage, Mortgage, Title, Wallet, or our AiRM / Leo AI platform.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with agents, internal operations, brokers, and external partners.

• Transform insights gained into a prioritized list of challenges and opportunities.

• Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that include one term per concept, testable acceptance criteria, and clearly defined out-of-scope sections. Guide them through engineering and design reviews.

• Collaborate with UX to establish workflows, prototype solutions, and rigorously test designs prior to development.

• Oversee end-to-end launch readiness: feature flags, staged rollouts, internal training, support enablement, and marketing collaboration when necessary.

• Identify and implement the critical metrics (adoption, throughput, error rates, agent satisfaction, revenue) that inform future development decisions.

• Make informed tradeoff decisions regarding ROI, regulatory risk, technical debt, and time to value. Document the rationale for leadership review.

• Guide junior product managers and contribute to team development: templates, prioritization frameworks, and review processes.

• Present demos to stakeholders, engage in staff and leadership reviews, and represent the product in cross-functional discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in a technology-focused environment, including at least 2 years managing a complex platform or B2B/internal products from start to finish.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or a Master's in Computer Science is preferred.

• Experience in residential real estate (including commissions, compliance, e-sign, broker oversight) or within the fintech, mortgage, or title sectors.

• Proven experience in launching AI or LLM features into production, with a solid understanding of evaluation, guardrails, and the characteristics of effective AI agents.

• Experience working within a marketplace or a two-sided platform.

• Background in start-up or scale-up environments with a genuine interest in residential real estate.

• A successful track record of delivering software that positively impacts business metrics, rather than just producing feature lists.

• Ability to read and interpret API contracts and data models, and effectively collaborate with engineering by asking pertinent questions and challenging assumptions when necessary.

• Proficient in SQL or similar data analysis tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Mode) to independently analyze data and address product or business inquiries.
