Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of the Premium Membership program tailored for coaches.

• Enhance the Coaching Software product to provide improved support for clients.

• Develop a comprehensive roadmap informed by product vision and customer insights.

• Work collaboratively with multiple departments, including engineering, design, and marketing.

• Set up product metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess success.

• Monitor product performance indicators concerning user engagement and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading product development for SaaS, membership, subscription, learning, marketplace, professional tools, prosumer, or workflow-based products.

• Ability to translate product vision, customer research, features, and requirements into a detailed roadmap and development strategy.

• Experience collaborating directly with internal engineering teams to implement product enhancements, features, and user experiences.

• Strong product judgment in areas such as sequencing, prioritization, trade-offs, scope, and user value.

• Experience managing product metrics, including activation, engagement, retention, feature adoption, usage, satisfaction, or customer success indicators.

• Excellent written communication skills, encompassing product briefs, requirements, roadmap rationale, user stories, and internal alignment documents.

• Daily, effective utilization of AI tools as part of your product workflow.

• Comfort working in a flat organization with decentralized authority and collaborative decision-making.
