Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the category strategy, focusing on growth, margin enhancement, and competitive positioning.

• Develop and sustain a multi-year product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and financial implications.

• Convert strategy into distinct priorities, trade-offs, and actionable plans.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure coherence between product strategy and go-to-market goals.

• Lead portfolio optimization efforts to streamline complexity, remove low-value SKUs, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Identify, prioritize, and oversee New Product Development (NPD) from conception to launch.

• Create business cases that encompass pricing, cost objectives, and return on investment (ROI).

• Evaluate competitors, industry trends, and customer demands.

• Act as the primary authority for product decisions and trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is preferred).

• Over 10 years of experience in product management or product marketing within a manufacturing or industrial context.

• Proven track record of managing product P&L and achieving measurable business outcomes.

• Solid understanding of pricing, cost structures, margins, and profitability drivers.

• Capability to define a clear strategy and translate it into execution.

• Data-driven approach to decision-making with robust financial and market analysis skills.

• Strong curiosity regarding customer needs and behaviors.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and product cost factors.

• Experience with roadmap development, portfolio analytics, and financial KPIs (such as standard cost, margin, and EBITDA).
