Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Direct the product strategy and development of large-scale data platform solutions that facilitate petabyte-scale data processing for analytical workloads.

• Design and manage a unified platform for data discovery, enabling enterprise-wide cross-platform data sharing practices.

• Lead the strategy for Semantic Modelling and metadata management tailored for Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence consumption.

• Establish enterprise data governance frameworks to guarantee data quality, lineage tracking, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and adherence to security standards.

• Prepare data infrastructure to support advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI applications.

• Oversee and drive user adoption of data platform solutions, owning Monthly OKRs to evaluate product success.

• Utilize data and insights to guide ongoing product development, identifying opportunities for efficiency and addressing customer challenges.

• Document the lifecycle for introducing new features and capabilities from a Sandbox environment for initial testing.

• Act as the primary point of contact for data technology vendors, representing the enterprise's broad business needs and assessing emerging solutions.

• Perform thorough evaluations of data platforms, tools, and services to support build-vs-buy decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 2 years managing data or analytics products.

• Demonstrated capability to convert complex data and measurement concepts into clear product specifications.

• Advanced technical, quantitative, analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with modern data platforms and technologies (cloud data warehouses, BI tools, semantic layers, AI).

• Proficient in SQL to validate data, metrics, and analytical outputs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
