Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and drive results that are grounded in metrics and aligned with the company’s OKRs.

• Possess an in-depth understanding of your domain, including business, product, operations, customers, market, competitors, and regulatory risks.

• Maintain a balanced roadmap that addresses both short- and long-term priorities while considering growth levers, technical investments, and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize ongoing customer discovery, product analytics, and various experimentation techniques to validate assumptions and refine product direction and priorities.

• Deconstruct ambiguous and complex issues into clear proposals, actionable plans, and structured tradeoff scenarios and recommendations.

• Combine business insight with a robust product, design, and technical perspective—ideally possessing a strong understanding of technical concepts, even without an engineering degree.

• Go beyond dashboards to directly analyze data. Create your own queries and analyses to validate hypotheses, stress-test intuition, and monitor early product signals.

• Manage the product's written documentation, including one-pagers, PRDs, GTM plans, release scopes, and user stories.

• Build relationships with customers, teams, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure that product direction is effectively communicated, aligned, and rooted in real-world context.

• Uphold a high standard for ownership, decision-making rigor, product quality, and execution excellence across teams and key partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in a technical field.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience in technology firms, including more than 5 years of end-to-end product ownership as a Product Manager.

• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes linked to OKRs, influence product direction, and transform complexity and uncertainty into valuable opportunities.

• Strong customer empathy and the capacity to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to create products that truly resonate with users.

• Recognized for enhancing product velocity while maintaining high standards of execution excellence, product quality, and risk management.

• Strong analytical skills in metric design and monitoring, funnel analysis, and evidence-based prioritization. Hands-on SQL experience is highly valued.

• Technical fluency to engage deeply with system architecture, APIs, data flows, and tradeoff discussions with engineers.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in executive-level and cross-functional environments.

• High level of autonomy, sound judgment, resilience, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
