📋 Description

• **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management organization and take charge of our global expansion product strategy and roadmap. This area is highly sought after by our global national Publisher, Ad Tech, Brand, and Agency customers, and you will frequently engage with customers to continuously refine the global expansion strategy in line with their needs and the market dynamics. To meet these demands, you will be responsible for creating a scalable end-to-end delivery process that encompasses the capture of the original advertising creative and the delivery of advertising spend to clients, utilizing a mix of internal user experiences and data integrations. This initiative will integrate many of MediaRadar’s latest innovative capabilities and will require collaboration across all organizational functions.

• Note: This position has the potential to be elevated to Principal Product Manager based on the candidate's experience and expertise.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)**

• - Establish and maintain a customer-focused globalization product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with customers, commercial teams, and Product + Engineering.

• - Validate globalization hypotheses and concepts through rapid prototyping, market research, and direct feedback from key customers.

• - You will be the definitive leader of the initiative, guiding execution through sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and sprint reviews to ensure timely and quality delivery within a robust agile SDLC framework.

• - Enhance the value delivered by engineering and design teams through clear, user-centric product requirements and innovative methods of requirements delivery using AI.

• - Evaluate, validate, communicate, and act on customer feedback to ensure strategic alignment, effectively manage expectations, and adjust the product roadmap accordingly.

• - Propel proactive go-to-market efforts by creating client-facing documentation, demos, positioning statements/talk tracks, and commercial enablement resources in collaboration with Product Marketing.

• - Collaborate with MediaRadar’s executive leadership team to share progress and insights, while fostering support for ongoing global expansion.

• **Qualifications (What You’ve Done)**

• - 6-8 years of experience in Product Management within SaaS and/or data-driven sectors such as advertising, media, or marketing/ad tech industries.

• - Proven track record of delivering products that yield measurable business value.

• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize diverse sets of quantitative and qualitative data into informed, data-driven decisions.

• - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with presentations tailored to your audience's needs and appropriate detail to convey your message effectively.

• - Familiarity with agile management tools (e.g., Jira), user design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable), and analytics tools (e.g., Looker).

• - Additional qualifications include a diverse career with experiences across multiple disciplines (Product, GTM, Commercial, Operations, Technology) and industries.
