This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of a cross-platform inventory pricing tool.
• Take ownership of the Product Strategy and establish a cohesive vision for the pricing tool.
• Identify data-driven opportunities to enhance pricing recommendations.
• Create dealer-focused solutions that strike a balance between automation and control.
• Facilitate cross-platform integration among Dealer Spike, IRV, and DealerCarSearch.
• Collaborate with data science teams to develop pricing models and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work alongside engineering, UX, and platform teams to ensure successful tool delivery.
• Collect dealer feedback to inform actionable product enhancements.
• Consistently test and refine pricing algorithms and user experience flows.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within marketplaces, SaaS, or data-focused products.
• Strong preference for experience in developing pricing, merchandising, or inventory optimization tools.
• In-depth understanding of two-sided marketplaces, dealer ecosystems, or e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple products/platforms and align various stakeholders.
• Experience working with data science teams and converting models into practical product features.
• Strong analytical mindset with a comfort in utilizing data to inform decisions.
