This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product strategy and execution for a key area of Jama Connect, encompassing both strategic guidance and delivery.
• Define and refine the product roadmap, aligning customer needs, revenue prospects, competitive standing, and technical limitations.
• Convert vague challenges into clear product direction and actionable tasks.
• Make and communicate tradeoff decisions with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define, iterate, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure that product decisions are based on customer value, market potential, and business impact.
• Prioritize roadmap elements to enhance adoption, expansion, competitive differentiation, revenue growth, and long-term product value.
• Create compelling investment rationales that quantify market demand, customer impact, and business value.
• Collaborate with GTM teams, Customer Success, and Product leadership to boost sales effectiveness, customer expansion, and market share growth.
• Selectively participate in late-stage customer or prospect discussions to facilitate adoption, validate market needs, and gather evidence of what drives business closure, retention, or expansion.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate direction, lead discovery discussions, and represent Product effectively with users and executives.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and workflows to expedite product development, research synthesis, experimentation, and decision-making.
• Extensive, relevant Product Management experience, including proven success as a Senior Product Manager in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technical platforms, or complex product landscapes.
• Strong product strategy experience that goes beyond feature delivery or backlog management.
• Proven success in transforming customer needs, commercial insights, competitive signals, and GTM feedback into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers, including discovery, validation, executive stakeholder discussions, or customer-facing product strategy.
• In-depth understanding of market-oriented product practices such as win/loss analysis, competitive positioning, GTM collaboration, commercial framing, and sales-informed prioritization.
• Strong commercial product judgment, including awareness of adoption, expansion, revenue impact, competitive differentiation, product value, and market opportunities.
• Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity, make decisions without complete information, and manage competing priorities.
• Documented history of effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across Product, GTM, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, and broader leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and a passion for product strategy.
• Collaborative working style with the capacity to constructively challenge assumptions and influence without direct authority.
