Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging trends and work alongside cross-functional teams to establish and prioritize the product roadmap based on its business impact.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, setting clear technical specifications and offering strategic advice on User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) design.

• Implement comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies while acting as the strategic product specialist, providing extensive pre-sales assistance to frontline teams.

• Enhance customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and manage feature trade-offs by utilizing market sizing and thorough Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.

• Develop and utilize strategic alliances with Hyperscalers, System Integrators, and Independent Software Vendors to broaden market reach and enhance product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.

• At least 5 years of experience in BFSI consulting or product development within the financial services and insurance industries.

• A proven history of successfully launching innovative 0 to 1 products and driving revenue growth.

• Extensive knowledge of the complete product strategy and development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch.

• Familiarity with banking workflow solutions, data management, intelligent document processing technologies, and business orchestration and automation solutions, including Workflow, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), IDP (Intelligent Document Processing), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI (Artificial Intelligence) driven document analysis and agents.

• Proven ability to work autonomously, foster cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrate leadership when necessary.

• Outstanding analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
