Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to delivery, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.

• Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap for cross-functional development teams, establishing success metrics and ensuring accountability for measurable outcomes.

• Guide teams to achieve business impact by launching and continuously optimizing products that enhance user experience and generate scalable benefits.

• Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to comprehend their businesses and co-create solutions that foster growth, enhance marketing efficiency, and boost automation.

• Build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and internal partners to conceptualize, create, and deliver products in conjunction with your engineering counterpart.

• Cultivate collaborative and trusting relationships with peers while managing senior stakeholders with support from your manager.

• Utilize data to assess risks, impacts, scope, and priorities associated with business objectives, enabling the team to achieve results and make informed decisions.

• Implement AI tools and workflows to expedite product discovery, documentation, prioritization, and delivery processes, while identifying opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into product features to enhance merchant and user experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in developing high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong passion for scaling, with a focus on outcomes and creating long-term value.

• In-depth understanding of business strategy and the capability to translate it into product decisions and metrics.

• Proficiency in both tactical (delivery, unblocking, iteration) and strategic (vision, bets, roadmap) thinking and execution.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a propensity for action and the ability to excel in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.

• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic, cross-functional setup.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in product development, feature creation, and user experience.

• Experience utilizing AI productivity tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation platforms) to enhance delivery speed, research quality, or documentation.

• Capability to collaborate with technical teams to scope, build, and iterate on AI-enhanced product functionalities.
