• Create and implement a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the overarching business strategy.

• Perform in-depth market research and user interviews to identify customer challenges and opportunities.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of product features.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to guarantee the timely and high-quality delivery of features.

• Draft comprehensive product specifications and user stories, managing the product backlog through effective prioritization.

• Serve as the customer's advocate within the team, ensuring a user-focused approach to every development.

• Communicate product progress and vision to internal stakeholders and executive management.

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth technology setting.

• Demonstrated success in launching effective products or features from concept to market.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets for informed product decisions.

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• High technical proficiency and understanding of software development lifecycles.
