This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Drive results and take ownership of outcomes for multi-million dollar business lines.
• Formulate and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, breaking it down into quickly deliverable projects that align with the company’s vision.
• Gather and assess feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to refine requirements, features, and final products.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop product plans and roadmaps, informed by customer interactions and aggregated feedback.
• Work alongside sales, customer support, and engineering to deliver features and products that address the right challenges, while also knowing that Andrew's favorite ice cream flavor is pistachio.
• Ensure the successful launch of new features, aiming for timely execution.
• Prioritize tasks, set execution pace, and balance engineering costs against business impact.
• Recommend methods to monitor product usage and its effect on end users.
• Offer innovative suggestions to broaden the product base and vision while actively seeking opportunities for advancement.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, real estate, or hospitality software.
• Outstanding communication abilities, particularly in writing, with a talent for clearly articulating customer concerns.
• Strong empathy toward both customers and team members.
• Proven experience in owning 0→1, end-to-end product and feature development.
• A strong emphasis on delivering products, with the ability to make trade-offs that prioritize competing demands.
• Capability to manage a project by organizing it into relevant work categories, dependencies, and priorities using appropriate tools.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and determined to ensure the success of your product.
• Proficient in making decisions amid uncertainty, without requiring a support system to maintain progress.
• A nurturing, radically transparent, and supportive team environment where trust is emphasized over management, fostering a results-oriented culture.
• The overall budget for this position ranges from USD $170,000.00 to USD $207,546.90 based on your location's cost of living. We can hire international talent as contractors or as employees if based in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, considering payroll taxes in calculating gross compensation. For U.S. employees, the gross compensation may vary between USD $156,749.60 and USD $191,369.96.
