Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the strategic roadmap and competitive stance of both the department and the company.

• Formulate a comprehensive product vision along with a corresponding strategy to maximize value.

• Proactively anticipate future requirements and leverage metrics and qualitative insights to pinpoint opportunities for asset enhancement.

• Represent the product during all governance meetings.

• Effectively establish and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to diverse audiences, ranging from product teams to executive leadership.

• Act as the responsible owner for the suite of products/tools within the assigned portfolio.

• Identify and promote both cross-product and cross-customer value along with shared insights.

• Manage the product backlog, incorporating feedback from internal and partner teams to regularly update and re-prioritize it.

• Offer coaching and support to team members regarding product vision and strategic road mapping.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product management.

• At least 5 years of experience with the Software Lifecycle.

• A minimum of 3 years of advanced domain expertise.

• At least 3 years of experience with the agile process.

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, OR equivalent experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
