• Oversee the CDS Global payments product portfolio, managing daily strategy, performance, and innovation for payment solutions.
• Responsible for product roadmap milestones, from inception to retirement of products/features.
• Manage all Product Management functions, including product planning, marketing, and overseeing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Draft and deliver Marketing, Product, Customer, and Technical Requirements documents with prioritized features and justifications.
• Conduct market research and analyze findings, encompassing Market Analysis, Business Case and Profit & Loss (P&L) Investigation, Customer and Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and technology trends.
• Accountable for the Return on Investment (ROI), Profit & Loss (P&L), and overall success of products from concept to launch through to sunset, including incremental improvements.
• Prepare and communicate budgets, revenue forecasts, and projections.
• Develop core positioning and messaging for the product, highlighting points of differentiation.
• Collaborate and coordinate with sales, marketing, IT, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Engage with external partners to evaluate collaborations and licensing opportunities.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of CDS Global business units, the fulfillment industry, and competitors.
• Travel as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related four-year degree; MBA preferred.
• At least seven years of progressively complex experience in Product Marketing or Product Management.
• Proven experience related to assigned products, including high-volume order transactions and multiple order capture media such as web and handheld devices.
• Experience in requirements development and ownership, Product Lifecycle Management, and Brand management.
• Skilled in creating, maintaining, and communicating Product Road Maps.
• Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and growing high-quality products in both new and established markets.
• Excellent teamwork and negotiation abilities with a track record of successfully influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage both long-term and short-term projects effectively.
• Strong convictions to navigate pressure from various opinionated stakeholders.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying and resolving technical solutions for complex business and technical issues.
• Experienced in making business decisions that require discretion, judgment, and initiative.
• Ability to provide consultation on complex technical and management principles to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment.
