Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establishing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap informed by customer requirements, SEO & GEO trends, and competitive insights.

• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery to launch (and occasionally sunsetting), with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to foster product-led growth (PLG), enhance adoption, and elevate customer lifetime value.

• Leading cross-functional planning efforts to guarantee timely delivery and alignment among stakeholders.

• Working with growth teams to validate product-market fit and achieve measurable results.

• Conducting user research, collecting feedback, and analyzing usage data to guide product decisions.

• Implementing product analytics tools to monitor engagement, retention, and feature adoption.

• Spearheading customer onboarding and enhancing experiences during our SaaS transition.

• Staying updated on developments in SEO/GEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem.

• Drafting clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with WordPress or SEO-related products.

• Strong expertise in PLG strategies, including self-service onboarding and free-to-paid conversion.

• Demonstrated success in managing technical products from conception to launch.

• In-depth understanding of SEO/GEO fundamentals and user needs within the WordPress community.

• Experience with SaaS products, particularly in the WordPress or marketing tools domain.

• Data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Deep empathy for customer needs and a commitment to delivering real-world outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is an advantage.
