This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead the comprehensive product strategy for our comparative rater and binding workflows, taking full ownership from technical carrier integrations to the end-user interface.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate key product KPIs, making strategic prioritization decisions informed by a balanced analysis of impact, effort, and user feedback.
• Promote user engagement with the quote and binding features, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for agents.
• Foster technical and feature excellence through close collaboration with Engineering and Design teams, translating broad business challenges into precise technical requirements and refined features.
• Conduct agent-facing discovery, research, and ideation to guide the product roadmap.
• Collaborate across time zones with internal teams and external partners to convert problem areas and requirements into product solutions.
• Assume responsibility for a well-prepared product that is set to be a key growth driver, requiring adaptability to swiftly changing priorities.
• Work in partnership with nearly every team within the organization, with significant interaction with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and Sales.
• Over 7 years of product management experience, leading significant cross-organizational, user-facing projects in B2B or B2C environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects, with the ability to develop and guide a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Technical expertise, including experience working collaboratively with engineering teams, advancing technical products, and familiarity with APIs (either through specification setting or engineering experience).
• Strong understanding of user experience and proven data analysis skills.
• High degree of ownership, comfortable maneuvering through ambiguity and driving initiatives forward, even when faced with occasionally outdated carrier technology.
• Proficient in English (C1) and Polish (C2).
• Located in Poland with the ability to work partial overlap with the US time zone (generally twice a week after 5 PM CET).
• Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS and/or Fintech, a background in Engineering or Quality Assurance, knowledge of SQL, and prior experience in startup or scale-up environments.
