Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery outcomes that align with business objectives.

• Convert business requirements, regulatory obligations, and client feedback into actionable product strategies.

• Oversee the complete product delivery process, including discovery, requirement gathering, backlog management, release planning, and post-launch assessment.

• Propel the execution of initiatives across advisory platforms, Salesforce integrations, reporting, data quality, operational automation, and legacy system modernization.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance) to provide high-quality solutions.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring alignment, governance, and effective communication.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the product team while establishing consistent practices in product management.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to regulatory, risk, and operational standards while supporting continuous process and data enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in product management, financial services technology, or wealth management operations.

• Previous leadership experience managing a product team.

• Strong understanding of wealth management, investment operations, trust/custody, or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results through cross-functional teams.

• Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities.

• Familiarity with Agile or structured delivery methodologies.
