This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance Experian's identity products that operate downstream of the identity graphs, ensuring the resolution and linkage of client inputs to suitable outputs across both online and offline settings.
• Convert needs into precise product and technical specifications, collaborating with engineering and product owners to implement new features and improvements.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, which includes roadmap development, pricing strategies, go-to-market (GTM) planning, and continuous optimization based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
• Track performance indicators (e.g., match rates, accuracy, coverage, latency) to spot opportunities for enhancing client outcomes.
• Evaluate market demands within AdTech and MarTech, concentrating on the intersection of offline and digital identity to facilitate consumer marketing applications (e.g., measurement, activation, enrichment, attribution).
• Lead innovation initiatives by collaborating with Experian's strategy, data science, and development teams to test new MVPs that address market challenges.
• Work alongside internal Experian teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Privacy) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of broader platform functionalities.
• Guarantee consensus on privacy, data governance, and contractual obligations across all products and use cases.
• Engage in trade association working groups within the data-driven marketing landscape (e.g., NAI, IAB) to represent Experian.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with a solid grasp of identity resolution across both offline and digital environments.
• 3+ years of product management experience, managing roadmaps and overseeing the delivery of products and enhancements.
• Domain knowledge in AdTech/MarTech, including 5+ years of practical experience with identity resolution use cases (e.g., enrichment, measurement, data append).
• Familiarity with identity constructs such as PII, cookies, MAIDs, IP, hashed identifiers, and their mapping across various systems.
• Experience with 1st party/CRM data, data quality standards, identity linkage, and customer data platforms.
• Exposure to clean room environments and crosswalk solutions.
• Understanding of privacy frameworks and data governance related to identity-driven products.
• Previous experience in promoting product success in the market, guiding strategy and direction for all products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
