This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy for the Carrier Platform.
• Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EasyPost's carrier ecosystem, balancing customer requirements, partner priorities, technical investments, and business goals to establish a sustainable competitive edge and promote long-term growth.
• Identify and drive high-impact initiatives that enhance carrier adoption, diversify shipping volumes, and generate additional revenue. Assess emerging carrier opportunities and develop strategic partnerships into significant contributors to EasyPost's business.
• Act as the primary product liaison for major carrier partnerships such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Veho, and regional providers. Build trusted relationships, align on mutual goals, and ensure product investments deliver value for both EasyPost and its carrier partners.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities. Convert insights into product solutions that enhance customer outcomes, broaden platform capabilities, and create new monetization avenues.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to define, prioritize, and implement carrier integrations, APIs, platform enhancements, and operational capabilities that enhance reliability, flexibility, and customer experience. Ensure that investments align with measurable business results and long-term platform strategy.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Growth, Analytics, Customer Success, and Support teams. Ensure that product initiatives are supported by effective positioning, go-to-market strategies, enablement, and customer adoption plans.
• Work alongside Product Leadership, Finance, and Commercial teams to assess pricing opportunities, packaging strategies, and carrier-driven enhancements that boost customer value and maximize revenue across the EasyPost platform.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators across carrier partnerships, product adoption, revenue growth, and customer success. Utilize data-driven insights to assess performance, prioritize investments, and continuously enhance outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Platform Products, Partnerships, or related areas.
• Proven success in delivering measurable business impact through product strategy, platform investments, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives that involve Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping, eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, APIs, or network-based business models.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and managing enterprise-level stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into product strategy, roadmaps, and successful launches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to guide prioritization and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and executive stakeholder management skills.
