đź“‹ Description

• Customer Discovery. Engage deeply with customer workflows, challenges, motivations, and pain points. Document revealed preferences and balance them with stated preferences and the internal vision. Utilize this knowledge to uphold robust intuitions and data-driven perspectives on the product's trajectory.

• Roadmap Alignment. Integrate insights from customer interactions, the current roadmap, sales requests, and engineering priorities into a structured plan that various teams can implement.

• Outcomes Ownership. Take responsibility for results, transforming vaguely defined needs into solutions that create real-world effects. Clarify what should be built and the rationale behind it. Identify, highlight, and reconcile trade-offs while navigating cross-functional obstacles. Act as the CEO of any initiative you undertake.

• Measurable Outputs. Implement metrics wherever beneficial. Manage tracking and iterative improvements based on these metrics.

• Sales Enablement. Evaluate customized sales materials. Participate in prospective client calls. Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to assist in closing deals.

• Institutional-Grade Product Readiness. Incorporate essential institutional requirements—such as control, permissioning, auditability, performance guarantees, operational clarity, risk, SLAs, and procurement—into product decisions from the outset.

• Cross-Functional Facilitation. Identify blockers across technology, sales, and marketing, and proactively assist in resolving them.


⛳️ Requirements

• Meaningful Institutional Finance Exposure. Practical experience in developing products for financial institutions or regulated financial infrastructures. Comprehends risk, compliance, controls, SLAs, and procurement, applying this knowledge from day one.

• Product Excellence. You have successfully guided a product from inception (0→1) to Product-Market Fit, or scaled an existing product through a significant turning point.

• TradFi Fluency. You are fluent in banking, payments, and capital markets terminology.

• Technical Fluency. You have delivered complex technical products, are knowledgeable about architecture, trade-offs, and implementation specifics, and are eager to ask pertinent questions.

• GTM. You have contributed to exceptional Go-To-Market strategies or their execution.

• Digital Assets Fluency. Possess a comprehensive understanding of blockchain mechanics, familiarity with Web3 development tools, practical experience with on-chain protocols, and the ability to convey Web3 trust principles to audiences not familiar with cryptocurrency.
