This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete product development lifecycle from start to finish: discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, feature definition, execution of releases, and post-launch maintenance for a specified product area.
• Lead product initiatives that focus on healthcare enrollment, encompassing ingestion, validation, transformation, error management, reconciliation, and integrations with downstream systems.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect and document product requirements, ensuring that the product satisfies the needs of both internal and external users.
• Convert business and regulatory needs into distinct product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Sprint / Project Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. This includes defining project timelines, managing resources, and coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and incremental enhancements.
• Develop and maintain product documentation for features, release notes, conceptual data flows, and product interfaces.
• Foster a strong design perspective by collaborating with UX/UI partners to create intuitive workflows, streamline complex enrollment processes, and ensure that solutions are user-centered and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize the backlog, clarify requirements, and uphold product quality across releases.
• Work in tandem with QA and engineering to guarantee comprehensive test coverage and overall product quality.
• Fulfill all responsibilities outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal-setting activities.
• Complete all special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product management.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare member enrollment processes, including eligibility, enrollment maintenance, reconciliation, and benefits administration across various Lines of Business.
• Previous experience in a product development lifecycle (Agile preferred), including backlog management, roadmap planning, and feature delivery.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and intricate enrollment workflows into clear business requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with offshore teams.
• Ability to engage with technical teams (e.g., engineering, client, implementation) to discuss data models, workflows, and system behavior in case of critical production issues.
