Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for Coder Agents—from the initial idea stage through to general availability (GA) and ongoing scaling.

• Define and refine the product vision and strategy for Agents by synthesizing insights from customers, the market, and business signals into a comprehensive roadmap.

• Identify and validate opportunities for Agents to engage new personas, ranging from enterprise developers to citizen developers.

• Conduct research on customer challenges through direct engagement with enterprise accounts, gathering community feedback, and performing ecosystem analysis.

• Introduce just the right amount of structure to accelerate progress without sacrificing rigor—crafting strong problem statements, precise requirements, and clear execution plans.

• Lead critical customer dialogues, including executive roadmap reviews, product demonstrations, and discussions with enterprise stakeholders.

• Influence decisions regarding licensing, packaging, and pricing to facilitate the sustainable growth of Agents.

• Mentor and guide other Product Managers by providing senior-level product leadership, coaching, and sharing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building software products from start to finish, demonstrating clear customer and business outcomes.

• A profound understanding of the AI/agent market—you are familiar with the key players, trends, and the trajectory of enterprise adoption.

• Proven track record of guiding a product from general availability (GA), establishing direction even when it is not yet defined.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and set agendas with minimal oversight.

• Experience in catering to enterprise customers, navigating complex adoption cycles, compliance mandates, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder purchasing.

• A solid technical foundation that enables effective collaboration with engineers and informed decision-making regarding trade-offs.

• The discernment to implement just enough process to scale a fast-paced product without hindering its momentum.

• Openness to occasional travel for customer and industry engagements.
