Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product or significant product area.

• Develop, prioritize, and sustain a roadmap that is informed by customer insights, Voice of Customer feedback, and product usage analytics.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from initial discovery through to delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Convert customer and business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within deadlines.

• Ensure that products comply with security, accessibility, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

• Conduct continuous customer discovery, market analysis, and validation through experimental approaches.

• Spearhead go-to-market initiatives, which include launch planning, enablement, and post-launch enhancements.

• Define, monitor, and evaluate key product metrics related to user adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.

• Innovate AI-driven solutions that address customer challenges.

• Mentor and support fellow product managers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product management.

• Demonstrated experience in owning a product roadmap and achieving results throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Background in agile product development environments.

• Strong capability to convert customer and business requirements into clear specifications and prioritized roadmaps.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams and grasping technical concepts.

• Proficient in using AI tools, including generative AI assistants and GPT technologies.

• Experience with modern product and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Pendo, or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Background in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, or complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Proven success in AI implementation, innovation initiatives, or emerging technologies.
