Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Establish and propel the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related functionalities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and compliance teams to guarantee timely and high-quality product delivery.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously investigate crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor activities to enhance the user journey and trading experience.

• Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and drafting PRDs to wireframing, testing, and post-launch optimization.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Track and evaluate key product metrics to identify bottlenecks, enhance user retention, and make informed product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of substantial experience in Product Management.

• Industry Background: Demonstrated product management experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products).

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication with our global and cross-functional teams.

• Core Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and excel in a fast-paced, agile environment.
