This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for BeyondTrust's AI security features on the Pathfinder platform.
• Act as BeyondTrust's internal expert on AI security, integrating insights from Phantom Labs threat research, competitive analysis, and analyst evaluations into product decisions.
• Collaborate with the AI Coworker Security team to define, validate, and refine requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the agentic AI ecosystem, which includes MCP protocols, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, LLM tool-calling, and prompt injection attack chains.
• Establish and uphold BeyondTrust's framework for AI workload security, differentiating between AI-assisted and AI-executed workflows.
• Conduct primary market research with CISOs, security architects, and IAM engineers through win/loss analyses, customer advisory boards, and analyst briefings.
• Lead BeyondTrust's design partner program for AI security features, engaging early customers and translating their feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Execute competitive assessments against CyberArk, Delinea, Astrix, Entro, Oasis, Wiz, and new NHI and agentic security vendors.
• Coordinate AI-related product initiatives across the BeyondTrust portfolio to ensure architectural consistency and eliminate redundancy.
• Represent BeyondTrust's AI security vision at industry analyst events, customer advisory boards, and security industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering to create positioning and launch strategies for AI security capabilities.
• Aid in pre-sales engagements and address complex technical inquiries regarding AI security architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud security, or a closely related area.
• Proven technical knowledge of AI and ML systems architecture, including the functionality of LLM agents, MCP servers, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Ability to read and synthesize security research, such as CVEs, exploit chains, threat intelligence reports, and presentations from security conferences.
• Familiarity with identity security domains including PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and NHI lifecycle management.
• Understanding of the NHI threat surface, encompassing service accounts, API keys, OAuth tokens, machine certificates, and agent session tokens.
• Experience in defining product strategy within a rapidly evolving market with limited historical context.
• Proven experience collaborating with security research, engineering, and threat intelligence teams in a technical Product Management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with CISOs, security architects, and developers at the appropriate levels.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, demonstrating the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
