Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate and manage the product strategy and roadmap, establishing clear priorities and delivering quantifiable business value.

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, which includes ideation, requirements gathering, design, feature prioritization, agile sprint management, and effective feature adoption.

• Employ data analysis, A/B testing, and measurable results to steer and inform strategic decisions.

• Identify and implement quick-win opportunities while maintaining a balance with long-term product growth and vision.

• Continuously collect and evaluate product analytics, user feedback, and business data to drive significant enhancements.

• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with stakeholders, identify blockers early, manage expectations, encourage close team collaboration, exhibit strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, urgency, and promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience in B2C environments, collaborating with agile teams.

• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver successful products or projects.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the skill to convert data insights into actionable strategies, including interpreting A/B tests for optimization.

• Proficient in identifying high-impact opportunities, prioritizing for maximum value, and utilizing AI tools to enhance delivery and productivity.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous settings.

• A strong sense of ownership, self-sufficiency, adaptability, and a self-motivated, outcomes-driven approach.
