Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Senior Product Manager will enable our engineering and design teams to excel in their work. They will oversee sprints, feature stories, design mockups, customer research, market analysis, and product roadmaps, while also aiding in the development of our product strategy.

• **Responsibilities: **

• Manage Jira epics and stories to empower engineers and designers to perform at their best.

• Assist the team in achieving 90% of roadmap features on schedule.

• Lead the planning and implementation of user research.

• Aid in determining which new feature(s) to develop in H2 2026 and beyond.

• Attain a 40% survey response rate from customers, which serves as our internal benchmark for excellent product-market fit.

• Leverage data from our applications to identify the product's strengths and weaknesses.

• Collect and evaluate product feedback directly from customers, using this information to prioritize the roadmap and assist in achieving our sales and retention objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering impactful products.

• Comprehensive product ownership experience, covering ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.

• A strong passion for customer research, deeply dedicated to understanding user needs through both qualitative and quantitative insights, including conducting user interviews, analyzing behavioral data, and identifying feature opportunities to validate concepts.

• Strong alignment with the Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) framework, ensuring product decisions are in line with Applause’s Product Vision Statement and yield meaningful results.

• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, utilizing user tracking and product analytics tools such as Pendo to guide strategy and assess success.

• Excellent communication abilities, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to executives, both within and outside the organization.

• A collaborative and leadership-focused approach, thriving in team settings, working cross-functionally with various stakeholders, and stepping into leadership roles as necessary to foster alignment and execution.
