Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will assist surgical teams in understanding and responding to real-time events occurring in the operating room, where delays can accumulate throughout a day filled with cases.

• You must be capable of refining the strategic vision and roadmap for our Pulse product to enhance its impact on our customers' operational efficiency, determining which aspects belong in the product roadmap versus those that should be part of professional services.

• Collaborate with our technical partners, including engineering, design, data science, and machine learning teams, as well as our commercial partners in sales and customer success.

• Assess new opportunities within operating room workflows.

• Bring Pulse to the OR team where they are actively working—on their feet and in between cases—ensuring that the right person receives the appropriate signal at the critical moment, rather than waiting at a workstation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in dynamic and ambiguous environments where the ideal roadmap is not predefined.

• Strong instincts for user research, demonstrated by a history of engaging directly in the field, observing real workflows, and identifying high-impact pain points that deserve attention.

• Ensure that mobile serves as the quickest route from "an event occurs in the OR" to "the appropriate individuals take action," placing real-time signals in the hands of the team regardless of their location.

• You will excel in a start-up setting, maintaining focus under pressure, accepting constructive criticism gracefully, and knowing when to adapt or persist. You are self-driven to meet your objectives while supporting the success of others.

• Adequate data fluency to work effectively with data science and fill in gaps when necessary. While you don't need to be a SQL expert, you should be able to engage competently with our customer service team and a technical OR director, as well as critically evaluate analyses provided by our data science team.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration across engineering, customer-facing, and executive teams.
