This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Product Delivery – Oversee the complete delivery process of various product workstreams, ensuring features progress smoothly from discovery through specification, development, release, and customer adoption.

• Manage the Product Backlog – Maintain and continuously prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, engineering priorities, and commercial goals while ensuring Engineering always has well-defined tasks ready for development.

• Create Exceptional Product Specifications – Convert customer challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable Engineering to deliver effectively and consistently.

• Partner with Engineering – Collaborate closely with Engineering throughout the delivery process, refining requirements, addressing queries, validating delivered features, and ensuring releases meet both customer expectations and technical quality standards.

• Drive Customer Discovery – Engage directly with customers, Customer Success, and Sustainability Experts to comprehend issues, validate opportunities, and ensure we address the most significant customer challenges.

• Own Release Quality – Validate completed work, assist in release planning, and use customer feedback and product analytics to continually enhance product quality and customer outcomes.

• Embed AI into Product Management – Advocate for the use of AI across Product Management, leveraging AI to enhance discovery, specification, backlog management, documentation, and customer feedback analysis while identifying opportunities to integrate AI-enabled features into our products.

• Contribute to Product Strategy – Collaborate closely with the CTO to refine roadmap priorities, identify emerging customer opportunities, and continually enhance the operations of Product Management at Altruistiq.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within an enterprise SaaS environment, including taking ownership of complex software products from discovery to delivery.

• Proven track record in managing product backlogs and working closely with agile software engineering teams.

• Strong experience in writing product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical products.

• Experience in engaging directly with enterprise customers and balancing their needs with technical and commercial priorities.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing customer insights, product analytics, and commercial context to inform product decisions.

• Experience with AI tools to enhance Product Management workflows, or a genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI as a fundamental aspect of your daily activities.
