This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance fundamental agreement execution processes, ensuring they are user-friendly, swift, and dependable.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of user challenges through research, insights from support, and behavioral analytics, converting them into precise problem statements and priorities.

• Simplify complex tasks into straightforward, guided experiences through UX, product design methodologies, and intelligent defaults.

• Identify potential uses of AI to alleviate friction and boost user confidence, particularly during moments of uncertainty regarding required actions. Establish guardrails and fallback behaviors to uphold trust.

• Develop product guidance that assists users in making accurate decisions in compliance-sensitive situations, even when they are unsure about what is deemed "correct."

• Drive quantifiable business results through A/B testing and iterative enhancements. Formulate hypotheses, success metrics, and make informed decisions based on outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver top-notch features, and work alongside support, sales, and marketing to ensure effective adoption and favorable customer results.

• Define and monitor KPIs, assess funnel performance, and create learning loops that facilitate continuous product improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in developing user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.

• Strong product expertise and UX judgment, demonstrating a proven ability to streamline complex user journeys.

• Profound user empathy combined with a consistent problem-solving mindset, focusing on user needs and outcomes rather than just feature delivery.

• Experience in creating and optimizing comprehensive user flows, encompassing onboarding, key task completion, and self-service experiences.

• Strong skills in experimentation, including designing and implementing A/B tests, interpreting findings, and translating insights into impactful actions.

• Data-driven decision-making capabilities, comfortable with defining metrics, constructing dashboards, and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Good intuition regarding where AI can enhance user-facing processes and where it may fall short, along with an understanding of practical trade-offs concerning quality, risk, and user trust.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of aligning teams and stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, support, sales, and marketing.

• A proactive ownership mentality, a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with multiple stakeholders.
