Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of the roadmap for our Mobile Applications and GPS ecosystem.

• Foster collaboration with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the product vision aligns with Agero's overall objectives.

• Strive to comprehend the 'why' behind each initiative, leveraging data and a deep understanding of user and business needs to pinpoint the most significant opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, data analytics, and operations to outline and execute our roadmap, from conception to launch.

• Draft clear and concise product requirements that consider technical efficiency and scalability.

• Oversee the product backlog, consistently prioritizing tasks to ensure your team is concentrated on the most impactful projects.

• Establish and track core success metrics for both the product and the business.

• Employ a data-driven methodology to experiment, analyze, and refine product features to generate measurable outcomes.

• Regularly communicate product updates, performance metrics, and key insights to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience.

• Demonstrated experience with native iOS/Android mobile applications and/or intricate GPS/telematics tracking systems.

• Proven history of enhancing product performance through experimentation.

• Outstanding analytical abilities, capable of deconstructing complex issues, identifying root causes, and translating intricate data into actionable insights.

• A user-centric approach to product philosophy and methodology.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills, ranging from engineering tickets to executive presentations.

• Proficient in the tools, processes, and technologies associated with modern agile software development.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for personal productivity as well as for product applications.

• A technical or analytical degree and experience with enterprise SaaS platforms is advantageous.
