Senior Product Manager, AI Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Convert the founders' product vision into actionable roadmaps and priorities.

• Guide products from the discovery phase through to launch and ongoing iterations.

• Collaborate with consultants, internal teams, and customers to gain insights into how people learn and work, transforming those insights into product opportunities.

• Develop AI-driven learning and workforce products that enhance skill development, talent assessment, workforce intelligence, hiring, and operations.

• Create detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, feasibility, and sequencing.

• Simplify complex workflows, data, and AI functionalities into user-friendly experiences.

• Define success metrics and leverage research, analytics, and experimentation to enhance product and learning results.

• Establish product processes and development rhythms as the organization expands.

• Integrate AI throughout your workflow to speed up research, prototyping, analysis, and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on building and launching software products.

• Proven experience in developing B2B software that involves complex workflows, integrations, multiple user types, or data-intensive products.

• Strong skills in customer discovery, product thinking, prioritization, execution, and user experience judgment.

• Exceptional written communication and product documentation abilities.

• Technically proficient and comfortable collaborating closely with engineers on APIs, integrations, data models, architecture, and technical trade-offs.

• Proficient in utilizing data and product analytics to analyze user behavior and guide decision-making.

• Interested in understanding how individuals learn and adopt new technologies.

• Ability to thrive in uncertain environments and enjoy the process of building products from the ground up.
