Senior Product Manager – AI Product Builder, Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant Product outcomes within a major Product domain, establishing strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and clear connections to customer value, engagement, and business growth.

• Start by focusing on customers and work backwards, leveraging research, market insights, data, and customer-facing teams to pinpoint high-value challenges and shape targeted Product initiatives.

• Function as a hands-on SPM (AI Product Builder), utilizing AI tools, prototypes, agents, workflows, and lightweight integrations to swiftly validate ideas and minimize time to market.

• Design and expand AI-driven experiences by defining expected behaviors, quality standards, guardrails, failure modes, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Lead with sound judgment and influence, making clear decisions amid uncertainty, aligning senior stakeholders through effective storytelling, and elevating the standard of Product thinking across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Product leadership within marketplaces, consumer platforms, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or other large-scale digital Products, with a solid record of measurable outcomes.

• Strong customer orientation and Product judgment, with the capacity to simplify complexity, make informed trade-offs, and transform vague customer issues into distinct Product opportunities.

• Proficient in data and business fluency, including familiarity with metrics, funnels, experimentation, business cases, revenue drivers, and marketplace dynamics.

• Practical AI and prototyping skills, with hands-on experience utilizing AI tools, LLMs, agent concepts, or rapid prototyping workflows to develop testable Product artifacts.

• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities, accompanied by technical fluency, commercial acumen, communication skills, and an ownership mindset necessary to align teams and bring ideas to market.
