This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the advancement of our next-generation procurement and P2P platform, emphasizing automation, efficiency, and AI-driven functionalities.
• Formulate and execute a definitive product vision for digital procurement workflows, including Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, and Supplier Management.
• Identify and incorporate technologies such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions into the overall product strategy.
• Create innovative features such as:
• autonomous ordering processes driven by AI.
• intelligent selection and evaluation of suppliers.
• automated processing and validation of invoices.
• AI-enhanced decision support for purchasing decisions.
• Evaluate market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape in procurement software and digital sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, and UX teams to build scalable platform solutions.
• Establish data-driven KPIs, such as process costs, cycle times, and automation rates, to assess and guide product performance.
• Oversee go-to-market strategies and position the platform as an innovative solution for procurement.
• Ensure seamless integration with related systems, including ERP, Finance, Accounting, and Supplier Networks.
• Multiple years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS, FinTech, or procurement setting.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and Source-to-Pay processes, along with ERP and finance integrations.
• Interest or expertise in AI, specifically Generative AI, automation, and data-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with platforms, workflows, and scalable digital solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to convert complex procurement and finance processes into user-friendly, intuitive software solutions.
• Structured and data-driven approach to work, showcasing strong prioritization and roadmapping abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong desire to influence the product's development.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation and technology trends.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German and Norwegian is an advantage.
