This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of identifying and defining customer requirements for AI infrastructure applications, such as training, inference, GPU clusters, bare metal, managed orchestration, networking, and storage.
• Collaborate directly with key customers to comprehend their technical needs, deployment schedules, workload patterns, and criteria for success.
• Convert customer needs into well-defined product requirements, technical specifications, and engineering priorities.
• Work in close partnership with engineering, infrastructure, networking, storage, and operations teams to create customer-ready solutions.
• Ensure alignment among customer needs, product roadmap, architectural decisions, and execution of delivery.
• Analyze and determine requirements related to GPU compute, CPU, memory, local and shared storage, high-performance networking, cluster topology, and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Slurm.
• Facilitate discussions with customers regarding infrastructure design, capacity planning, performance expectations, operational readiness, and criteria for acceptance.
• Assist in defining product capabilities that can extend beyond a single customer into scalable AI infrastructure solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical product management, particularly in infrastructure, cloud computing, or AI/ML platforms.
• Profound technical knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking (InfiniBand, RoCE), distributed storage, and cluster orchestration (Kubernetes, Slurm).
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients to establish infrastructure needs and convert them into product specifications.
• Strong comprehension of AI/ML workloads, including training, fine-tuning, and large-scale inference.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams to deliver sophisticated infrastructure products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences effectively.
• Familiarity with bare metal infrastructure and managed cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees are preferred.
