Senior Product Manager, AI-Driven Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for the AI roadmap for the Web.

• You will direct the product strategy for our Web platform, ensuring a smooth booking experience for campers and mobile home travelers.

• You will lead and mentor a team of 3 UX/Designers, fostering a culture of high-performance, user-focused design.

• You will be the primary collaborator with our other internal teams.

• You will take complete ownership of the user experience for our main markets, Germany and the Netherlands, ensuring the product feels localized, trustworthy, and relevant.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in E-commerce Product Management, with a proven track record of leading design-intensive web products.

• Demonstrated AI Experience: you possess extensive hands-on experience in implementing AI/LLM-based features in a production setting.

• Language & Market Proficiency: you are fluent in German or Dutch (Native or C1 level).

• Pragmatic 'Can-Do' Attitude: you have experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment where agility and practicality are prioritized over rigid processes.

• Passion for the Domain: you have a true affinity for camping, travel, or the 'Mobile Home' lifestyle.

• Mastery in Stakeholder Management: you excel at navigating a matrix organization, collaborating effortlessly with technical teams and App product teams.
