Senior Product Manager, AI CMO

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a key product that transforms the customer experience and drives growth at Owner.

• Enhance the proportion of qualified restaurant owners who become part of Owner after initiating their journey with the Grader.

• Advance the Grader from a highly effective funnel into a more robust growth system encompassing acquisition, evaluation, conversion, and post-purchase launch.

• Pinpoint areas where owners may lose trust, encounter confusion, or abandon the process, then implement enhancements to ensure the journey to joining Owner is clearer, more valuable, and more enticing.

• Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to gain a profound understanding of the funnel and prioritize initiatives that are most likely to elevate Owner’s growth rate.
