This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product leadership to establish and advance the Pod-Agents roadmap, encompassing the phases from discovery to pilot, general availability, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, owning specifications, and executing initiatives in one of our most technically challenging product segments.
• Work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and the clinical operations team to gain a thorough understanding of the workflows of care managers, identify genuine opportunities for AI assistance, and determine where human involvement is essential.
• Establish clear criteria for evaluating AI agent features, including assessment frameworks, success metrics, and feedback mechanisms to verify the product's effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
• Compose precise and well-informed specifications that provide engineers and designers with the necessary context to develop the right solutions: these are decision documents, not mere requirements.
• Manage ambiguity with a structured approach. This role involves pioneering product work in a regulated environment – you will make informed decisions with partial information and recognize when to pause for further insight before proceeding.
• Take ownership of cross-functional alignment across Pod-Agents, ECM, and Access, fostering a collective understanding of what we are creating, its significance, and its connection to Pair Team’s overarching care delivery model and partner initiatives.
• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process by drafting concise updates, conducting efficient reviews, and managing communications effectively, ensuring that leadership is always informed and the team remains focused on development.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector, care delivery, or a similarly regulated and complex field.
• Proven experience in managing a product area from start to finish, overseeing roadmap execution, and influencing outcomes among Engineering and Clinical stakeholders.
• Background in developing products that interact with clinical workflows, whether for care managers, clinicians, health plans, or patients.
• Experience in launching AI or machine learning-driven features, with active participation in defining evaluation criteria, success metrics, and post-launch enhancements.
• Exceptional written communication skills. You produce specifications that propel teams forward and can articulate complex trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements as essential components of product development, rather than as afterthoughts.
• Competitive salary: $195,000 - $220,000
• Equity compensation package
• Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
• Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance
• $50 employer contribution to active HSA accounts
• 401k through Guideline
• Life insurance and AD&D coverage
• Work entirely from the comfort of your own home
• Monthly $100 work from home expense stipend
• We provide the necessary equipment for the role
• Opportunity for rapid career progression with ample room for personal growth!
