This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +11 more states.
• Lead the transformation of the member experience into a seamless, AI-driven care journey.
• Identify opportunities where AI can minimize friction, enhance clarity, and promote behavioral change.
• Achieve a balance between automation and human interaction to ensure optimal clinical results and member trust.
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to gain insights into care pathways, decision-making processes, and real-world workflows.
• Convert these insights into product experiences, AI functionalities, and system logic.
• Define how care is provided through software, beyond merely being supported by it.
• Deliver experiences driven by conversational interfaces and agents, personalized recommendations and nudges, intelligent workflows, and automation.
• Assess when AI should take action versus when to escalate matters to clinicians.
• Design with an emphasis on clinical safety, appropriateness, and trust in all member interactions.
• Manage metrics related to engagement, retention, and clinical adherence.
• Leverage experimentation and data to enhance both user experience and AI system performance.
• Oversee the roadmap and prioritization for the AI Care Experience.
• Spearhead cross-functional execution involving product, design, engineering, and clinical teams.
• Balance rapid iterations with long-term product quality, safety, and scalability.
• A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in consumer or SaaS products.
• Direct experience in healthcare or care delivery settings (mandatory).
• Examples include digital health, care delivery organizations, clinical workflows, and patient-facing health products.
• Proven track record of owning comprehensive user or patient experiences.
• Experience working on or in conjunction with AI-powered products.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with clinicians and translate care pathways and decision-making logic into product systems.
• Strong product instincts concerning user experience, behavioral change, and engagement in high-stakes settings.
