Senior Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify significant AI use cases that are aligned with customer challenges and strategic priorities.

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Convert ambiguous problems into validated product opportunities.

• Establish the product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for AI initiatives.

• Collaborate with domain product teams to pinpoint areas where AI can substantially enhance workflows, automation, and decision support.

• Define reusable AI capabilities applicable across various product domains.

• Work alongside engineering to create scalable AI architecture, including orchestration layers, model integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.

• Assist in the development of LLM-driven copilots, automation agents, and intelligent workflow support.

• Balance rapid experimentation with production readiness through AI-assisted development techniques.

• Establish strategies for packaging, positioning, and monetization of AI-powered capabilities.

• Foster alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM regarding AI strategy and implementation.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance adoption and commercial success.

• Set KPIs linked to usage, performance, and business impact.

• Measure and iterate based on actual performance data.

• Work with domain product leads to ensure AI capabilities are seamlessly integrated into customer workflows.

• Contribute to defining the long-term AI capability roadmap for the MIE / Enterprise Health platform.

• Establish standards for responsible AI usage, including security, privacy, explainability, and compliance.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership on AI architecture and model governance.

• Ensure AI features function safely within healthcare and regulated settings.

• Aid in the assessment of emerging AI technologies and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in SaaS product leadership and AI-driven solutions.

• Experience: Over 5 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with proven experience in delivering AI / ML-powered features or AI-enabled workflows in production settings. Experience leading cross-functional teams for delivery and go-to-market strategies.

• Skills:

• ○ Skilled in prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, strategic fit, and ROI.

• Certifications: Pragmatic Marketing, Agile / Scrum, and AI / ML certifications are advantageous.
